Julian’s results based ethos and adaptability to the rapidly changing business environment is reflected in significant project based achievements, which have produced measurable returns for clients and shareholders. Julian has a Bachelors Degree in Economics and Finance, a Masters of Applied Finance and a Masters Degree in International Relations.

Tinaye Chaparanganda
Director

Tinaye Chaparanganda is an ITIL-certified, experienced Technical Business Consultant Specialist with nearly two decades in telecommunications. Skilled in Service Delivery, VoIP, TCP/IP, and network security, he specializes in installation and support for complex systems, including Starlink. He has held roles as a Network Engineer with expertise in Cisco and Juniper technologies and has worked with Telecom New Zealand, Optus, NBN, and Skybridge Australia, focusing on fibre, wireless, and satellite platforms. A Swinburne University alum, he holds certifications as a Cisco Certified Network Professional and Associate, as well as JNCIA-Junos.

Director

Melusi is an experienced strategist with a wide range of expertise in various industries on the African continent. Melusi's career has a special focus on future forecasting to target audiences, drive sales and create high-quality customer experiences. Melusi has worked in agriculture applying new technologies with Ankara Private Limited, in the non-profit space improving outcomes for orphans with World Venture Foundation, as well as leveraging technology in the travel and tourism industry.

Director

Fungai has extensive expertise, leadership capabilities, and a track record of delivering tangible results in business development and sales. Avid entrepreneur and innovator with a special interest in financial technology, Fungai’s has worked across the largest banks in Australia including Bankwest, National Australia Bank and Westpac, showcasing his ability to drive business growth, foster client relationships, and lead strategic initiatives effectively. Fungai has a Master of Science from Northeastern University in Boston (US), Master of Commerce in International Business from Swinburne University of Technology (Aus) and a Bachelor of Financial Planning from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (Aus).
